- 200 gSmoked salmon
- 150 gCream cheese
- 2 tbspCreamed horseradish
- 1 pieceOrganic lime
- 3 tbspOlive oil
- 0,5 bunchFresh dill
- 1 pinchSea salt
- 1 pinchPepper
Preparation: 20 minutes

- 1Cut the baguette into slices approximately 1 cm thick.
- 2Brush the bread slices with olive oil and toast in a pan or in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
- 3Stir the cream cheese and creamed horseradish together in a small bowl until smooth.
- 4Wash the lime thoroughly, finely grate the zest, and stir the juice of half the fruit into the cream.
- 5Season the cream with a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
- 6Wash and pat dry the dill, then finely chop the fronds.
- 7Generously spread the lime-horseradish cream over the toasted baguette slices.
- 8Tear the smoked salmon into strips, arrange them decoratively on the cream, and sprinkle with dill and the remaining lime zest.
